Duties
  • Improve, standardize, and maintain monthly financial packets.
  • Manage reforecasts and actual vs. budget reporting.
  • Proforma Modeling
  • Review financial packets and report back to Controller and/or Staff Accountants on any discrepancies or material variances.
  • Present completed financial packets to Controller and assigned CFO of client for final review and presentation of financials to client.
  • Create and update weekly cashflow forecasts to monitor a client’s cash position.
  • Data analysis and preparation for Quality of Earnings Reports and Business Valuations.
  • Perform Ad Hoc reporting/forecasting as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience as an Analyst.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to prioritize tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
  • Strong experience with cash flow analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Deep understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis programs such as Fathom.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related fields.
